About me

Your coach – Bart Theelen

Originally trained in Microbiology and the genetic background of (human) traits, I discovered that my passion is more about “what moves people” rather than just about the expression of genes.

In order to develop my natural skills in the area of coaching, I studied human interactive behavior by attending training in social psychology at the Dutch Open University and I received my coaching license at Balans Coach Opleidingen.

After nearly 10 years of training and coaching experience in an international research setting I have created Clarity Connections with the intent of expanding my possibilities for living my passion.
I’ve collaborated with, coached and trained many people from different cultural backgrounds, including giving training on location abroad.

Happily married, I am in an international relationship with Meredith, the love of my life.

I am an energetic, positive coach that thinks in possibilities. I'm an attentive listener, approach people with modesty and empathy but am also an honest "mirror". I have well developed analytical skills and am a strong communicator.
