Life coaching
Life coaching deals with all areas of your personal life and is also called personal coaching.

- How can I increase my self-confidence?
- I feel as if I never have time for anything. How can I manage my time better?
Usually, the life coaching process consists of the following phases:
- Who am I?
- What do I want / where do I want to go?
- What are my competencies?
- How can I reach my goals / what’s holding me back?
Depending on the topic, a coaching process will consist of 6 to 10 sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours each.
