Life coaching deals with all areas of your personal life and is also called personal coaching.

Examples for life coaching topics:

  • I feel stressed. How can I find a way to relax?
  • How can I learn better ways to communicate?
  • How can I increase my self-confidence?
  • I feel as if I never have time for anything. How can I manage my time better?

Usually, the life coaching process consists of the following phases:

  • Who am I?
  • What do I want / where do I want to go?
  • What are my competencies?
  • How can I reach my goals / what’s holding me back?

Depending on the topic, a coaching process will consist of 6 to 10 sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours each.
